The swimming pool is open from May 15th till October 15th. The price mentioned above, concerns for 90% the rent of the house (Real Estate) and 10% the rent of the furniture (mobiliar)

The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!
