Possibility of boat rental by the day or week with the house. Ideal for spa guests.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

"Maison Lac et Montagne" is the cottage to meet with friends or family! Kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms. The central island in the kitchen will be perfect for enjoying and sharing a good meal. The spacious rooms allow everyone to have their own space. Outside, there are two terraces for two different atmospheres depending on your mood: breakfast facing the lake or a relaxing moment next to the jacuzzi on the second terrace!
