Beach house vacation rentals in La Palma

The apartment is great by all standards. As for the location; shops and restaurants are at the walking distance, but requires climbing up and down, as the apartment locates on the uphill. When it comes to the landlord Alberto, he is a little bit slow to react to the sent message, but responded any way. All in all, I can recommend this place for those people who want to have something more than the average.

This accommodation is very well located, centrally located, in front of the local market and a small cinema/theater with a lot of charm. Totally recommended.

We usually choose more secluded locations for our Canary Islands getaways, but this house truly stood out. Perfectly located just steps from the beach, city center, port, maritime museum, and market. This charming old house with high ceilings is tastefully renovated and spacious. Every room has amazing ocean views. Our children loved it. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem with stunning views and privacy. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Minor drawbacks: cold floors (consider if traveling with toddlers), some street noise, complicated parking, and ongoing ground floor renovations. Despite these, it deserves a 5-star rating.

We felt very comfortable. The quiet beautiful location and the kindness of Christian and Carola and of the animals has contributed to our well-being. We are more than happy to recommend!

The apartment in the small and secluded fishing village "El Remo" is in the immediate vicinity of the sea at the end of the village. It is well equipped with everything you need. The check-in is straightforward due to the key box. A bottle of La Palma wine and banana chips are ready as a welcome gift!

Would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again! Daniel went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we need and gave easy instructions to get inside and for places to visit on the island. He left fresh fruit for us on the kitchen table, which was a nice touch. The house itself is beautiful clean and spacious. The house is in the heart of town and there is a cute café, right outside, and plenty of shops, restaurants and markets to walk to. it was nice having a balcony to enjoy the ocean view and laundry for convenience.

Had a wonderful stay with stunning sea views and sunsets from the balcony and the rocks under the cottage. The cottage was equipped with all the comforts and clean. The balcony was cozy and with nice swimming pool. The tiny village of Remo had a cozy holiday atmosphere with many locals and with crazy creative cottages and gardens. Within walking distance a nice little beach with a fenced bay where you can snorkel with fishing. Also within walking distance of three nice restaurants with sea views. Several other beaches in driving distance. The village is at the end of a dead end road (with especially much less beautiful banana plantations around it), so for activities, groceries or beautiful hiking trails you have to drive back a bit. But for us, that was no problem and we enjoyed the stay and the island.

Great stay at villa Bajamar, the house is perfect for 2 in beautiful environment. Functional and nicely decorated. The light is beautiful, make sure you don’t miss the sunsets, a show in itself! Carmella is very responsive. Happy to come back any day.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Perseidas. Everything is as described, the location on the island is great, the property is not visible from the outside. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We didn't lack anything.

Private, cosy, super clean, awesome view, close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc. but feels like living on an own island. Whenever returning to La Palma I will check this accomodation in first place. Choose this place and you definitely won't be disappointed. Driving in by car takes a little practice, but is not a problem as long as the car is not excessively large.

Beautiful sunrises for breakfast, clean and very spacious accommodation. The cameras made us a little unsure. Otherwise, however, absolutely recommended.

The property is not easy to find. However, this was not a problem because Carlos directly connected with us and accompanied us to the accommodation. Carlos is a very very nice person and we immediately felt welcome from him 🤩

It's a beautiful place located in a banana orchard. Owner was very kind and helpful. House is nice, modern and spacious. All in all this was a perfect holiday in San Andrés. Big big thanks for Raúl (our host)!!!

Desiderio's house has everything you need. Lovingly decorated and super clean. The location was ideal for us. It is actually not easy to reach on foot, but since you usually explore the island by rental car anyway, this should not be a problem for most. However, those without travel should keep this in mind. The small cottage directly attached to the larger but not connected by a door is great for a relaxed Netflix evening. Thanks to a super large TV including sound system. Really cool. The house is very close to the airport as far as noise is absolutely no problem. However, the road does. It is well-traveled and clearly audible.

The house is in a good area for those looking for tranquility and disconnect. There was nothing missing and everything was super clean. They left us a vinito, fruits and bread as we arrived at lunchtime.. Everything was great!

The house is very comfortable, large, and clean. The terrace is very nice. We had a problem with the water pressure the first day and they fixed it for us right away. 100% recommended

Very nice and modern decorated cosy small house for two. Located in the old village, with small steep streets, very quiet because no cars. The central location is just great. You need to park elsewhere in town(around 100m walking), not always easy to find a parking place. Tazacorte is a nice place to be. Kitchen very well equiped. Pictures shows the reality. Nice host.

Spent a lovely two weeks in Sabine and Gunter’s home, this place is an absolute gem. The location is great, walkable to the beach, nearby restaurants and grocery store, and the inside is clean and cozy. The WiFi is also very fast and reliable so we were able to work remotely with no issues. The hosts are super friendly, hospitable and responsive. Would recommend to not miss out!

José and Isabelle accompanied us to the house and showed us around and explained everything. Also later, the two were available at any time if there were any concerns. The house in the banana plantation corresponds to the pictures and our idea. We enjoyed it very much at Casa Mexicana. The detailed comments of the previous tenants are accurate.
