Apartamento ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Mojacar, a cinco minutos andando de la playa y de bares de tapas y todos los servicios. El piso, en la primera planta, está completamente reformado y está compuesto por dos dormitorios dobles, un cuarto de baño con ducha, una cocina, y un salon muy amplio con acceso a la terraza. Ademas los huéspedes tienen acceso a una plaza de garage y a la piscina.
What guests are saying:“Great Host, very well appointed apartment, airconditioned, comfortable beds, UK TV, plus, a really great location...…..being only a (genuine) 5 minute walk to the safe beach, really good bars & restaurants ( try Martin Morales, Imperial and Reina Mora ) shops and bus stop. Plus, by turning right at the roundabout and within another 5 minute walk, you have some of the best and most popular restaurants and bars in Mojacar Playa (try Bella Vista ). There is a communal garage with allocated space within 30 seconds of your front door, but also plenty of safe, on street parking....subject to time of year !! Yes ! everything you and your family need for a great holiday. Please note, if you choose to walk rather than drive, it is an uphill walk back to the apartment and you also have a dozen or so steps up from the pavement to the front door....so bear this in mind before booking ! We will most definitely be going back to this great apartment !”
The apartment has integral reform and all the furniture is brand new. You have private parking and pool with private loungers for use and enjoyment of the tenants. Internet WIFI. It is located in the area known as Pueblo Indalo. This area has all kinds of services: banks, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, ... Beach with water activities 20 meters from the apartment. Bus stop, taxi in front of residential.
