A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET, PARK FOR CHILDREN, SEAFRONT PROMENADE, PHARMACY, ETC. EVERYTHING NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.
