Our home is in a community right on the river and we are sure that you will absolutely love the set up! We are conveniently close to river and lake launches. This is one of 3 properties that we personally rent out in the same community. Please note NO PETS are allowed.

Cape Cod on the Colorado River

House is in Moovalya Keys on canals going out to the Parker Strip section of the Colorado River. Nicely located just off main canal giving easy access to the river. Canals are 5 mph making for safe mooring, swimming or floating on rafts. House has private 50' dock in front w/2 levels of patio. Faces East giving it afternoon shade during hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get sun on upper patio. Located right across the canal from my other house The Pointe if more room needed

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Conveniently located in the Moovalya Keys, but outside the gates, so NO HASSLES from the parking patrol. If you stayed in the Keys before, you know who I am talking about! It is right across from Circle K. It comes with a large back yard that has corn hole and a fire pit not to mention the RIVER! You have your own 50' dock. The dock is located about 75' from the back of the house. A smart tv is provide for you to stream.
