Cozy 1BR Retreat with Kingsize Bed & Fast Wi-Fi

Comfortable 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed apartment, a cozy patio for two, and free parking on the street, right in front of the apartment. It is a one-floor apartment with optical fiber wifi. We have a small but functional kitchen and a big enough fridge. It is 12 blocks away from the Malecon, a 4-minute drive, or an 18-minute walk (1.5 km / 0.93 miles). The living room area has a couch to chill with a TV, there is also a smaller TV in the bedroom. There is no high water pressure in the shower.

BRAND NEW APPARTMENTS !! fully furnished, a lot of detail has been put for the furniture and decor so that our guests have the most pleasant experience. The apartments are very centric and close to mayor convenience stores, hospitals, city Theater and city´s main attractions. 9 small blocks from the Marinas and el Malecon make this place a very well located space , also with a person on site in the building for any doubt , guidance or additional cleaning, for guests with longer stays.
