It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

It is located 8 minutes from the pier by car, and 10 minutes from the airport, in a quiet area. There is a perfect beach for walking 600 meters away. The pool is shared.
