Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

This cozy bungalow on "The Mesa" is approximately 13 miles from downtown Dgo. It is an unattached stylish efficiency with all of the comforts of home. We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. Beautiful views, simple living and comfort in this adorable custom apartment will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! There are pets on the property and neighboring ranches galore. The apartment is very private, with ample parking; trailers welcome.

The 14 x16 glamping tent has everything you need for a cozy stay - a woodstove, a queen-sized bed, solar lighting, electric blanket, and a pair of Adirondack chairs for late-night star-gazing. A private bathhouse offers a HOT SHOWER, sink, and composting toilet. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the outdoor camping kitchen.

The Rio Suite is a private and all-inclusive suite inside of a larger 6,000 sq ft house. We are close to Downtown Durango with family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, close to the airport and endless adventures. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, comfy beds, and spacious atmosphere with total privacy if you want it. Crystal (matriarch of the fam) knows Durango inside and out! She's a native and loves people. We also have one indoor / outdoor cats named Chess.

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property. Our newly remodeled studio, above our barn, is great for couples or solo travelers wanting to explore Southwest Colorado. This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, and crisp mountain air.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
