Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Croll Cabins-Armstrong Library Lakefront Cabin #5

Armstrong Library (1200 sq ft) is a lakeside two story cabin cabin with splendid lake and mountain views from the screened in porch and a huge lakeside lawn. It has a large living room with a fireplace, is nice and bright, a table seating 4 for card games or great for breakfast. Dining room seating for 6. Newly remodeled in spring 2025. There are three bedrooms. The cabin holds 9 people with 2 king beds, a queen, double, and a twin.

2 bedroom 2 bath condo located about 200 yards (short walk) from the Purgatory Mountain main ski lift and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. Our unit is ground level with no stairs which makes it convenient for coming and going, especially in ski boots! balcony/mountain views/gas grill/fire stick for streaming/hot tub access/equipped kitchen/free parking (1 vehicle - pass provided)

The condo has been completely renovated 2017. The Shower in the master is a walk in shower so no stepping into a tub. We have real tried to make your experience as cozy as possible. We have owed this property for the past 2 yrs. We have also own the property across the hall for more than 20 yrs.
