Warm house of 100 m2 with three bedrooms and living room open kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very well located 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away from all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not lack anything and if so I will be there to refer you. Ideal for visiting the Loire Castles.

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.
