La Casa del Mestre is a small, magical corner in the heart of the mountain, located a few meters from a small village called Aielo de Rugat. In each of its two independent rooms, we offer you the possibility of spending a few days as a couple or with the family in the middle of nature and enjoying the pleasure of discovering yourselves between routes, silence, readings, activities, rest, sports... you decide. Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Relax and unwind at this magnificent quiet and elegant chalet in Monte Pedreguer, a dream place to be. The location is perfect because it is between Denia and Javea. It's also very close to the Shopping Mall. This spacious villa has all the amenities and air conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and living room. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
