The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. El espacio que se alquila es la buhardilla de una casa del casco antiguo de Arties, justo al lado de la iglesia de Santa Maria. Al apartamento se accede por el interior de la casa y consta de dos plantas, en la primera hay un espacio amplio que contiene Sala de Estar, Comedor y cocina y además una habitación doble con baño completo. En la planta alta hay un baño y dos habitaciones, una con cama doble y otra con tres camas. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir.
