Between the city of Saint-Raymond and the Bras du Nord Valley, a 1960s house, a little vintage, comfortable and safe, close to downtown and allowing you to enjoy all seasons. Enjoy the good restaurants of Saint-Raymond, or cook the renowned local products (cheeses, beers, poutine, etc.) in a well-equipped kitchen. A large parking lot can accommodate cars with trailers or motorized vehicles. In winter, access to federated snowmobile trails +- 400 meters from the house.

The open-plan ground floor is equipped with two fireplaces, a dining room including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms upstairs with shower room. An independent unit has everything to have a good time: TV, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and more. Come and relax and have fun!
