The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Sunny and Charming Family Cottage in Newport Beach

Bring sunblock and sandals to a remodeled cottage near the beach. An upgraded kitchen, along with bunk beds in the second bedroom, make this ideal for young families. Return from a fun day in the surf, rinse under an outdoor shower, and have a BBQ. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick or has any symptoms, please contact me immediately. This home is 3 houses in from the beach and a 60 second walk to the sand and very close to beach. The house is in Newport Beach, next to a park and basketball court. One of the best surfing and all-ages beach locations is nearby. Walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops and the pier.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home.
