We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Also, the beds are really comfortable. It’s one of the top things that we always look for in an Airbnb and Miss May’s place did not disappoint. Thank you for welcoming us in your lovely home.

Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

The place was great! If you're looking for a private and peaceful area, this is the place for you. It had all the amenities/essentials listed. Ms. Rowena provided bath towels for each guest and was very responsive and answered all my queries. We loved that the place is fully equipped with everything. Ms. Rowena even provided a projector for movie night and a karaoke. 😊 It's a shame we only stayed for one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.😉

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.
