Unit 2925 Tower 1 was another great unit of Cozy Home. The hosts Kuya Joey and Jan were quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Their staff were friendly too. They made me feel at home once again. Unit was clean (they clean their unit weekly); it was bug free. This place and their other unit are highly recommendable. I’d consider their units again if available when I come back. Thank you K Joey and Jan!

This condo checks all the boxes. Located in Air Residence Makati, it’s surrounded by eating spots—from gourmet restaurants to quick food stalls. I even discovered a few hidden gems nearby that made the experience even more exciting. Having so many options right downstairs made everything more convenient and enjoyable. I rarely had to take a ride anywhere—everything I needed was just a few steps away. Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

It's quite far and secluded but not difficult to find. They were helpful and accommodating to us. Daniella was very responsive and his Dad welcomed us, plus the caretaker Jason procured and cooked fresh, grilled tilapia for us for Good Friday. The lakehouse is awesome and the high-ceiling living room gave us an amazing view of Lake Lumot, both upstairs and downstairs. There's sitting places everywhere outside the house and we enjoyed hanging out on the bamboo raft floating about 15 meters out onto the lake. You can watch the sunrise, the birds roaming about & the moon out there. It's fresh air & tall trees all around - if that's your vibe, because it's pretty much a private sanctuary without TV & other entertainment. Good for a retreat, a simple getaway or maybe just to rest and relax. There's private parking, then a 2-minute (kinda wooded) trail going down to the lakehouse. Use sturdy shoes. I don't advise going there during the rainy days. Sure we loved the place, just bring food.

The perfect place to unwind! We were a big group, with children, but we felt taken care of. We felt so at home in this place. The lake is so serene. Did my mat pilates at the grassy shades and on the raft. The house itself is surrounded by a peaceful landscape at the front and seascape at the back. Caretakers are superb! Host is responsive and accommodating. This place is highly recommended!

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

This lakehouse is beautiful. The house has everything you can possibly need and has very thoughtful details. It also offers so many activities for guests and we really had fun mostly on the basketball and volleyball court, ATV ride, flying kites, and swimming pool. Their staff are all very nice people and attentive. All in all, the family was able to relax in this beautiful home. We still want to book this place in the future and we will refer to other friends.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

Nice place, great view of Taal volcano. Was able to try fishing for the first time. Kuya caretaker is very friendly and hospitable. I just wish they could add videoke or tv so that there are activities to do at night 😊

I booked this apartment for our family and they throughly enjoyed their stay. They said the unit was very clean, the view was beautiful, and the amenitiies was great. My friends and I had an excellent stay at Nimfa’s apartment. The residence is very pleasant and offers great amenities: a rooftop with a stunning view, a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a restaurant, a convenience store, a laundry service, and a security guards ensuring safety. The apartment was exactly as described : well furnished and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and the host was very responsive. A flawless experience! I would gladly rent this apartment again on my next trip to Manila

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

Kenneth was always very responsive as a host and we became good friends over time as well. Overall a young kind young man with bright future. Any issue was resolved quickly!

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

We had a fantastic stay at Cozynook! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it super cozy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Daisy was responsive and give me clear instructions prior check in. Her brother, Gus, was the one who assist us. He explained everything upon our arrival and we had a great time staying at their place. Plus, they have toys, books, crayons, drawing pens and papers to offer that’s why my kids were very happy to use it.
