The kitchenette is well equipped with 2-plate ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave with barbecue, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glassware. There is free parking at the house. Not for pets.

We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min) , a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
