Lovely house close to Vallåsen with large terrace

Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

A really nice petit dune cabin in northern Mellbystrand with electricity and single toilet for two adults and two children. Drinking water, cold water shower and toilets are located at the far end of Kolonivägen and the restaurant Chill Out. Water/ toilets are also located at the bottom of Rombergs Väg. Duvets, pillows, mattress topper for sofa bed 200x140cm ( no sheets or towels ), paper towels /toilet paper/plastic bags are under the fixed bed, 110 x 185 cm. In the cabinets there are household items. Heaters are available, so also blankets in the stools.

Cottage adjacent to the villa with its own entrance, terrace and garden. 2 bedrooms with 6 beds (inc sofa bed), kitchen combined with living room, as well as bathroom (sauna out of function). Washing machine. Kitchen has oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. Outdoor grill. WiFi is included. 20 minutes to Vallås and it is 5 km to Mellby Padel Center. Parking is available.

An oasis to enjoy for 1 couple. Relax in a unique and quiet space. Cleaning and bed linens/towels included Only one small child allowed Renovated cottage close to forest and lake. Breakfast for a few days. The cottage is optimal for those of you who want to get away a little. Simple and comfortable and as cozy and nice summer as autumn, spring or why not winter. Countryside setting but close to amenities…

We want our feedback to do the talking! Chromecast so you can connect directly to the TV Good WiFi, clever location ie Göteborg 140km. Malmö 105km Copenhagen 124kms. Laholm train station 12km We have teamed up with a renowned local artist and we are displaying/selling some of her artwork. Set in a small quiet village. The apartment is completely seperate from the main house. We have tried our very best to make the beds comfortable+fresh. Most who stay here say it's been super quiet + calm.

Simple living on organic farm

Most welcome to spend a few nights in our cozy guesthouse in Swedish rural idyll. The farm is located within walking distance of the lake and forest. The home is simple, a kitchen and bedroom with a private entrance in an old brew house. The house is carefully renovated with clay and linseed oil, organic, healthy and recycled materials. The accommodation is not perfect but has very simple style but with warm water and heating. On the property, there are farms, cats and sheep to visit.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad . The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for 2 people . Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace . Large audible patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking , riding and biking trails can be found in the area .
