Cương is a great guy! His place is really nice and cosy. The mattresses were comfy, and the room we were in also had heated mattresses. The blanket was really nice and warm! It's quiet and secluded, but the place is a little hard to find as we followed the Google maps pin. Just keep a look out for the signboard instead. Food and drinks are offered and a price list is provided. Seems pretty standard fare comparing with the other homestays around. He offered to help us book a taxi and negotiated a good price (cheaper than grab taxi, and cheaper than the meter that still ran during the trip). Will definitely be back! Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic, especially for the price. Ms. Tam was also extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave us food recommendations, booked the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, allowed us a late check out, offered more water and multiple cleans for the room. Absolutely nothing to criticise the place was great! Quiet at night, friendly people, two home stay dogs too, Moon and Toon 😁

Overall one of the best values for your stay in Sapa Town. Super friendly front desk with tips and suggestions, they even did our laundry for a small fee and offered to arrange transportation to our next destination. A few small bugs in the room, and the water heater is quite weak but not a big deal!

This is a great place to stay out of the busyness of Sa Pa town. The room is beautiful and the views are amazing. If you arrive early or leave later than checkout time, there are restrooms and showers in the common area which is very convenient. The lodge offers hiking tours with local guides and we loved ours. Definitely not easy as described, but I'm glad we did it :) The swimming pool and all lounge area are a great plus. We didn't feel the need to leave the place on the days we wanted to rest. The staff is very caring and makes sure you have everything you need. There is also a spa to recharge after a long travel or trekking.

Tuan was super helpful! He helped us secure a ride from Ha Noi to Sa Pa and Sa Pa to Noi Bai! He was also very helpful with our luggage since we had to leave early but had to leave our luggage at the lobby. location was also prestine super near to Sun Plaza. And water pressure is good! And there’s AC.

The place is very great. Unfortunately I had no luck with the weather to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Around that place are many restaurants and it's close to the centre of Sa Pa. Late Check is possible if the room is available. Thank you so much!

We had the most amazing, peaceful stay here. Cannot recommend enough!! All staff so friendly and wonderful. Lots of recommendations and additional amenities like scooter rental/laundry. Restaurant was delicious, stunning location. Close to small town with other restaurant options and trekking areas. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at joville hotel, Sapa. Elvy even helped us arrange taxi for us to the bus station. Great hospitality. Hotel with nice view with funicular passed by and walking distance to Sapa town with nice restaurant and local shop. definitely will come back stay here if have plan to Sapa!!

We loved our stay here in Sapa, we felt right at home as soon as we entered. The rooms were lovely and clean and very spacious, the hosts are so lovely and will help you with anything you need. We ended up extending a night and renting a scooter from them and it couldn’t have been easier. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you for your hospitality!

A comfortable hotel close to the main part of Sapa. The laundry service was very convenient after a day of muddy trekking - they even washed our shoes for us! It's a good place to stay in Sapa.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Greenland. We would highly recommend it. Quiet area at night. Walkable to restaurants and lakeside. Wifi worked well, showers were hot. Appreciated the electric kettle. Best of all was our host An. He was great at communiation, easily reachable and super pleasant to talk to. This is a really good choice for an economical stay in Sapa.

We loved staying here!! The view was unbelievable, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the service was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here instead of inside the SaPa town. Way better view, lovely pool, and stunning room. We were able to rent a motorbike to go wherever we wanted, including into the town, and to be honest we ended up coming back early because there wasn’t much to do in town. We also really enjoyed the hotpot at the restaurant here, it was absolutely delicious and perfect for dinner when the temperatures dipped. Highly recommend :)

Really great place to stay and most beautiful, at first I was paling to stay at other like viet teeming but honestly this place is way above that , easy check in, spectacular view and service also though it’s just 10 min way from center and other hotel like vietreking its most beautiful and seclude. Will definitely only book here from now
