The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

The house has 37 m2: bedroom room, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub on the terrace, available all year round. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. There is the possibility of baby cot, highchair, pram. On request we can also provide toys for different ages (baby toys, rattles, skill-builders, board games, baby books, books for young people, etc.)
