Spacious family house with garden, pool, comfortable pavilion in the garden. The villa is located in the heart of the holiday area, a few minutes walk from the beach, city center, restaurants, entertainment venues. The house is a perfect place for groups of friends or families to relax or vacation. 2-3 families can be comfortably accommodated, max. capacity 13 people. Parking in front of the house free of charge. There are two other apartments on the same property, the garden is common.

Our modern & retro homelike house surrounded by wonderful old pines, located almost at the border of the peaceful lakeshore (at the end of the street about 90m) and the partystreet. We have 4 separate apartments in our apartmenthouse. During main season from 13.6.-31.8. we can provide our apartments for minimum 5 nights, during holidays for min. 3 nights. For reservation requests less than the minimum night, feel free to write us for special offer. We are open throughout the year.

Ez az apartman teljesen új, A kertben zöldövezetben található, A ház elején egy hatalmas terasz van, az egész ház faburkolatú belülről. Hangulatos, kényelmes, komfortos. A konyha teljesen felszerelt. Klíma ingyenesen használható és az egész házat hűti, Wifi használat gyors és szintén ingyenes. A medencék, egy 50m2-es és 3,5 m átmérőjű gyermekmedence, teniszpálya használata, valamint még egyéb extra dolgok benne vannak az árban.

Nice spacious and luminous vacation house ten walking minutes away from lake Balaton. Within the house, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room. There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a generous roofed terrace. In the garden, there is a barbecue with a wok available.

Our family loved the warm summers in Villa Pole, all of the family together, preparing lunches and diners, swimming, reading, making campfires. Exploring new beaches by bike, challenging one another in (table) tennis... we spend lovely times there!
