We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) The apartment is located in the second row to the street, therefore very quiet and has a unique view. To enjoy these benefits, a few stairs must be overcome until then, not suitable for those with walking disabilities. A walk-in shower, high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking and dining island, large bed (180 x 200), sauna are a few of the many highlights.

The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.
