Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake County

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The area is quaint, quiet and relaxing. The house was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing the video game and spent the evenings around the fire pit. Host was helpful and responsive to all questions. Would book again.

Our stay at Haylie and Chris’s place was absolutely amazing! The location right on the river was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the serene views and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Haylie and Chris were outstanding hosts, so welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. This was truly a getaway to remember, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

I can’t say enough great things. I did an extended 1 1/2 month stay and it felt like home from the day we entered. Everything was comfortable, labeled and easy to find, quality nice dishes, silverware, etc. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Two full size extremely large and comfortable bathrooms. Three very good size bedrooms. Look out the windows when waking up to see the lake as soon as you sit up. Anything that is needed, Steve and Marisa are on it. They even asked us what things we liked and were sure to have it for us. I won’t spoil the rest. But I have stayed in many AirBnB’s. This one goes above and beyond. They even had pictures in the house to make it feel lived in. Has a cute theme as well. I will definitely look this up each time I come back to Chicago area. It’s worth the slightly extra drive to stay outside of the city and get a nice view, yet still just be a short drive from downtown. Thank you both for the amazing accommodations and making it feel like?

This place is wonderful. A lot of detail went into the fun decor. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very easy to find. I wish my kitchen had as many cabinets. The furniture is comfortable as well as beautiful. The bedrooms and baths are very comfortable and extremely clean. The flooring in both bathrooms downstairs is unusual and gorgeous. The shower in the master bath is stunning. Lots of towels and extra blankets were readily available. Lots of fun stuff for families. The loft area and the sauna area were definite perks to this wonderful house. Check out the enclosed patio area outside the master bedroom/dining area. There is a grill, a hammock, and a fire pit with additional seating. There is an outside dining area off the living room. Lots of nooks with seating inside and outside the home. Just a quick walk 2 blocks to the beach. 15 minutes from the parks. The location is perfect. Loved everything about our stay!

Anna was a responsive & kind host. The house was just as described and the check in was a smooth process. We would enjoy to stay here again in the future.

Spacious home. Elvis my German Shepherd really enjoyed running and sleeping on the carpet upstairs. He’d never seen carpet before. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood. I’d stay here again.

Hazel Lynn has made us feel so comfortable we are repeat renters. Her place is a magical fairy world with so much to do and so many ways to relax. Decorations are top notch. Hazel Lynn goes out of her way to make your stay truly perfect and custom to you in every way. We will be back again!

Perfect couples getaway. We were there in off season so nice and quiet. Great lake views. Hubby was fishing off the dock everyday and I sat on the covered back porch looking at the lake and enjoying my book. Very clean! Great grocery store a few minutes away! Strack & Van Til. Great dinner at the Lighthouse just 5 minutes away. Very nice affordable winter weekend getaway. Jent was amazing. Quick response to questions. There's a piano that's in tune that I missed in the pictures. Would have brought some sheet music.

It was very well taken care of, and I felt comfortable and cozy, like I was in my own home. It was clean and very close to the Beach, which my kids love. Due to the circumstances of our family being there, it was an all-around great experience for us. It's definitely a recommendation. Thank you for having us.
