Beautiful apartment, exactly how it appears. Amazing lake view. 5 mins walk to lake and supermarkets. Everything you need is provided and the place is spotlessly clean. David and Maria are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Super clean and very spacious! Great jumping off point for adventuring in the Brenta Dolomites, wingfoiling on Lake Garda, or climbing around Sarche. 10/10 recommended

We were there with 4 adults and 2 young children.. The double bedroom can comfortably fit two extra beds. The apartments are super audible. The apartment itself is very large. A little outdated. The communication with the assumption is a 1+ with asterisks. Take care of it right away if something is wrong. The pizzeria next door did not bother us.

Elga's apartment is great for families like ours. It is spacious with a great view of the lake. It offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

We had an awesome time. Garda is fantastic with something for everyone, Silvia was wonderful. Calima (dog) is super cute and happy to see guests. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the washing machine was a god send! We also had access to the hotel down the road, and all of the amenities (including pool, fitness suite, restaurant).

We stayed in this wonderful penthouse of Goffredo for a week and felt very comfortable and welcome. The penthouse is very large and on two levels. The outdoor area is on three levels and very well maintained. In warmer days, certainly a dream with the pool and jacuzzi on the top deck. We were greeted personally. On the table were flowers, sparkling wine, chocolates, water and juices. Very comfortable beds, fluffy terry towels and even bathrobes were provided. The hammam was the highlight of the apartment for us. But the bubble bath was also actively used. Everything went well for us and we definitely recommend this place. Sincere thanks for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back another time.

We loved our stay. The location is wonderful - up a little mountain road, so we had an amazing view over the Lake. A car is essential for most people, as it's a 20-30 minute walk down to the nearest village. The pool is gorgeous and was cleaned regularly while we were there. The rooms are lovely. The outdoor space with roof garden, large balcony and pool area was perfect for such a large group. They could do with addressing a couple of minor issues, like the shower head in the en-suite bathroom doesn't reach the hook, and they could do with putting a few more glasses in the kitchen, but none of these issues detracted from our stay, which all 14 of us really enjoyed.

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

Quiet, clean apartment with all comfort and in an optimal position to reach all transport services and main monuments. Super helpful and friendly host. It has allowed us to spend a beautiful vacation!

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment complies with everything it describes in the listing, it is an apartment that has everything you need. Very clean and new. It is a quiet area, with shops nearby where you can shop, near the center and with a parking area around. Raffaele has been a great host, giving us facilities for the day of arrival and has been attentive to our comfort. Definitely to repeat.

The house was beautiful, right on the central piazza and convenient to services. Equipped with everything you could need, and Alberto is friendly and responsive, and speaks English. He left clear and useful directions for everything we might need. Would stay again at any of his properties!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Observations: the pillows were quite stained, only one bath and hair towel, which was not enough for the week. The en suite shower was a bit mouldy. Having said that I would stay again, the hotel reception were so helpful, we travelled to Verona and Venice using the bus and train. It’s so easy to visit the other towns around the lake using the ferries, Lazise and Garda are both within easy walking distance. Overall wonderful place.

A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

The place had everything you could need for a getaway. By bike (which have been provided to us) we reached the lake in a few minutes. Saturday morning is a market nearby that we visited. Communication with the hosts was perfect! We would recommend the place. (Small tip: there are small mosquitoes in the area. Bring a spray on it!)

Paola was quickly answering and her husband even picked us up on the nearby parking lot. The house was very clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet, low traffic area. So thanks again to Paola for that comfortable stay!

The house has a super nice view of the Garda lake. If you like it quiet, this is the place for you! We were here over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the time very much. The small conservatory with wooden courtyard was our personal highlight. The house was clean and tidy, but the bathroom should be renovated, where the plaster comes down. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were divided differently than expected. In the one bedroom was only a 1.40 m bed and a single bed. To get to the bathroom from there, you have to go through the second bedroom. The second is under the living room and you can't close a door. Unfortunately, this made the sleeping situation with two families and a toddler a bit difficult for us. Otherwise, everything was great and the house is still recommended.

We had booked original 7 nights with four. We could only speak in English, but that was also possible with our knowledge. We loved the place. There was an apartment with two bedrooms on the 1st floor., bathroom and kitchen/living room & an extra room with its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a seating area where we always played games in the evening, another bathroom with shower, a gym & the whirlpool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. In addition, everything was sparkling clean! There wasn't even dust on the cabinets or cobwebs under the roof! Simply great. We were able to reach the hosts at any time via mobile phone messages and were very responsive. One of them came by daily to water & check the pool, but that wasn't disturbing. At the end we even extended by 1 night. The apartment is above lake, but we were looking for a new beach every day by car. It was really fantastic! We would definitely come back!
