This unique custom-built 4,009 sq. ft. lake house is located at the mouth of Lyons Creek and Lake Gaston with direct main lake access in the upscale subdivision of West Winds. The home offers fabulous views, a large flat yard, a fire pit, a sandy beach area, and good water depth at the boathouse. The home is situated on a large point with over 550 feet of waterfront. The outside boasts a large wrap around porch, with a grill, a 12-person outdoor dining area, and comfortable patio furniture.

Historic Warrenton Small Cabin

Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

Slow down at our cozy lake home; roast marshmallows, stare at trees like they're celebrity influencers, or make some awkward eye contact with a deer--you do you. Feeling more adventurous? It is two levels and has everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one. Outside is where the real fun is! Our backyard leads right to the water and our boat dock, which is the center of lake life. The water off the end of the dock is about 6 feet deep, with shallow water by the shore. Swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and relaxing all happen right there.
