It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

The living area features a spiral staircase leading to the upper level, with large windows offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. A comfortable seating arrangement includes a dark leather sofa placed on a patterned area rug, complemented by a decorative coffee table.

This luxurious home is located on a large cove off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. Nearly all rooms have a view of the lake. The master suite features a deck overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub and large multi-head shower. An entertainers dream; upgraded kitchen and game room leading out onto a fully-furnished deck with outdoor kitchen. The large garden, lawn and pebbled beach area are amazing areas for kids to play.
