Need a comfy place to sleep and keep your stuff while you visit nearby Downtown, Deep Ellum, Fair Park, Uptown, Arts District, Arboretum or White Rock Lake? How about a tiny house in the historic and centrally located Junius Heights neighborhood of Old East Dallas? Blocks from the Lakewood Shopping Center (home of the landmark Lakewood Theater) with easy access to major roads and highways.
“Oh wow! This tiny house is big on amenities. Patrick has literally thought of everything! From the dedicated washcloths for makeup removal, to the cough drops next to the bed, it's chalk full of thoughtful touches and just a pleasant space to relax. Absolutely adorable! I stayed here during a cross country drive and the host could not have been more accommodating. He knew I was coming in late, so he set up the ladder to the bed so I wouldn't have to fumble with it. One of the best Airbnbs I stayed in. You will not be disappointed!”
We are adhering to CDC protocols to keep our guests safe. There's a 24 hour hold after each guests checks out so that we can sanitize and disinfect the house. The Fraser House is located in the heart of North Oak Cliff. A 6 minute walk to the Bishop Arts District & 2 minute walk to the streetcar which gives you access to downtown Dallas. Guests will enjoy the attention to detail & privacy of our carriage house. We go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
“Great place!!! Expect stylish digs in a cozy environment. Great snacks for late night munchies. Close to highway, restaurants, and bars plus plenty of suggestions on where to go. Friendly hosts who respond to any questions quickly. We loved it so much we stayed again our second trip to Dallas.”
Brew local coffee using the French press and access Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime via the Roku TV. Do some writing on the work desk overlooking the leafy backyard, then climb the wooden ladder to access the loft bed, tucked under the vaulted roof.
“Kelsea's tiny house is such a homey little escape from home! Surprisingly, there is a lot of space in this limited space. I know that may seem like a contradiction but I did not feel suffocated at all! Feels comfortable and cozy, and the host is super friendly. Would recommend.”
