This is a great location for a couple looking to get away and relax. Lovely log home feel, with newer appliances and central heating and air conditioning. The large deck has separate seating,dining areas and offers a lovely view of the lake. The lakefront is available exclusively for your enjoyment. Sit on the dock and soak up some rays or enjoy a nightly star gaze. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for your use. .

Tom’s space is so comfortable and peaceful it gave me the getaway I needed. Tom’s place is always spotless however during these times he went the extra mile and left the appropriate cleaning supplies and told me to use as much as needed to feel comfortable. He practiced social distancing at check in and check out .... his efforts were welcomed. Highly recommend Tom’s place even though it causes a challenge for me to book when he’s so popular 🙂”
The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

She is an amazing hostess: quick responses, accommodates my requests and questions, very friendly, offers tips and recommendations for places to go. Her location is superb! Just a walking distance to Wilson’s Falls trails, just a few minutes drive to town, has a big backyard to play or gather for a bonfire, and she even has a row boat/kayak you can borrow. The house is very clean! We were especially concerned with renting places nowadays because of Covid, and Lana’s is our first rental after government gave the okay for short-term rentals to open. The house is well-suited for a family indeed. For our first getaway after Covid, Lana’s place made us so relaxed and forget our worries momentarily. Hoping to go back there again someday.
