Tasarım mobilyalar ile dekore edilmiş olup, - Müstakil havuz, - Şöminesi ve kış bahçesi, - Yerden ısıtma sistemi ve tüm odalardaki klimaları ve, - Isı-ses izolasyonu ile her mevsimde doğa içinde evinizdeki konforu yaşamanıza imkan sağlamaktadır. Isınma-Soğuma - Tüm evde yerden ısıtma sistemi - Her odada klima - Çalışır durumda şömine ile sağlanmaktadır.

Villa Wonka Sapanca Sapanca tren istasyonuna yürüyerek 6 dk, göl kenarına ise 15 dk mesafede bulunan villamız aileniz ve sevdiklerinizle keyifli vakit geçirmeniz için tasarlandı. Evden sadece bir adım atarak ısıtmalı havuzumuza girebilir, yerden ısıtmalı ve şömineli evimizde huzurla konaklayabilirsiniz. İkisi ebeveyn banyolu 3 çift kişilik yatak odamızın haricinde asma katımızda çift kişilik yatağa dönüşebilen bir kanepemiz bulunmaktadır. (Havuz ısıtması yaz aylarında kapatılmaktadır.)

4 Seasons Chalet Sapanca

Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is disabled as of July 1 and cannot be turned on.

Classic Triangle Bungalow

All the amenities you need under this A-frame roof are in place. In our triangular bungalows for 3 people, we can accommodate an additional +1 person with an additional bed supplement in case of need. Casting stove, garden terrace, stone barbecue, 24-hour heated swimming pool and unique lake view… A private space dedicated to you and your enjoyment, secluded from the eye, with its spacious garden, isolated from the outside.

Next to the woods, our house is located in an area of 1.5 acres, offering you the opportunity to be surrounded by nature, away from the noise and crowd of the city, along with many alternatives in the surrounding area. Our house is half an hour away from Kartepe Ski Resort. * For 2 nights and over accommodations 10% discount is being applied (for specal periods discount application may vary)
