Hiking in the summer. Barbecue grill is available and firepit in backyard. Colorful aspen trees in backyard during the fall. You can snow shoe out the backyard or even cross-country ski. Only 5 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, 6 miles from the casinos and 5 miles to the lake.
