Cannonball Lake House

Here is a retreat in the woods directly on a small lake! Come relax in this calm, stylish apartment on the entire first floor of a family home. Grab a canoe and go fishing, or take a swim right off the dock then head to the hot tub. Peep our plentiful resident PNW birds and wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys and herons. The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

Centrally located studio .5 miles to Washington State Fair, .7 miles to the Puyallup Sounder Train Station, 1.2 miles to Good Samaritan Hospital, and easy access to Mt Ranier and Seattle. The property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to local cafes and shops. This studio is part of a former free-standing house converted to two separate units with a private entrance. Enjoy all the amenities of home with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
