Voted as a Top 10 coolest AirBnB rental in Seattle by Curbed Magazine! My houseboat includes an amazing location, a beautiful interior, a kayak to explore Lake Union, and much more! We have completed the rooftop deck that adds amazing views . It’s a perfect spot to relax or host others and enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the scenery. *2 Night Minimum. “This spot is awesome! Definitely the relaxing stay-cation we needed. For out-of-towners, if you want to get a taste of the Seattle houseboat life, you would love this! Neighbors are very friendly, and the rooftop deck is such an amazing addition to the houseboat. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”
This is a large room close to downtown, South Lake Union, and the University of Washington. It has a comfortable twin size bed, desk, wardrobe, small fridge, and hot water kettle with a selection of instant coffee and teas. We are right next to I-5, so there is some freeway noise -- we're used to it like the ocean. We are located in the Eastlake neighborhood, four blocks from Lake Union, in the heart of Seattle.
“Great hospitality. Judy and Tom are very friendly, and the black cat room is warm, cozy and has great amenities, like wifi, a hot water pot (and a basket of teas, instant coffee, and hot chocolate), and a mini fridge. I also really appreciated the included notes about the room and its rules, as well as local places to eat and drink depending on your stay and price range. Highly recommended”
Comfortable, cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom basement studio with its own private entrance and bathroom. The house is only a block away from the water and minutes away from the Amazon campus, downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill and the UW. Easily walk to Lake Union, the houseboats and restaurants/cafes. FYI, there’s often a bit of noise from the upstairs (footsteps, dog noise..) Parking can be tricky in our neighborhood, but you can usually find a spot within 1-2 blocks using our handy guest pass.
“Kelly’s place is very cozy and cute. Very comfortable bed. The bed is the best part of the place in my opinion. Her notes for local tips were really useful. We went to some of the recommended restaurants and they were better that what we found ourself. There are some points that you should know. There is no kitchen which she states in the detail so that is something you should be aware. And also, it is a little bit tiny and you go out of space if you don’t manage it ;) Kelly is very quick in responses and communication which is great. At the end I highly recommend this place base on it’s value it really worth it.”
