Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Cabin for rent of about 50 m2. The place is majestically located in Nord-Aurdal municipality on top of Fødnesvegen. You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. There is a road all the way up to the cabin all year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for tours in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountains. In winter there is cross-country skiing right behind the cabin, and you can put on alpine skiing right outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

Perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet, or as a starting point for great excursions regardless of the season. 7 min to Norway's most beautiful golf course and the same distance to Aurdalsåsen with alpine facilities and fantastic ski slopes. One hour from Jotunheimen with 255 of Norway's 300 mountain peaks over 2000 meters. And if you want urban city life, it is fifteen minutes to drive to the charming village of Fagernes. Shop, restaurant and bakery within walking distance.

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Cozy cabin at Reiremo

This cozy cottage is located on the small farm Reiremo which is located at the entrance to Heimfjellet. It is 6 km to Lalm from here, and 6 km down to Heidal. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature with hiking opportunities on all sides. There is also an extensive network of groomed ski trails not far from the cabin. The area also has hunting and fishing opportunities. The cabin has six beds, a room with a family bed and a single bed and a room with a double bed, and otherwise what you need to enjoy a stay with us.

You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm.
