Beautiful spacious apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and train stations. The apartment offers a bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also a balcony, Wi-Fi, smart TV and storage space. Parking is free in front of the house. Right in Nýrsko you will find a ski resort suitable for families with children. Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Family-friendly vacation home in the most beautiful hiking area! In the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountainside in the forest and only accessible via a forest path, lies our small Einödhof. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their vacation home. In front of the log cabin there is a sheltered seating area with sandpit and campfire place. A few meters away there is a small mountain pond. Swimming is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

It takes the right car and skill to do it. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains).
