Our stay with Pannipa and Markus was simply unforgettable – thanks to their exceptional hospitality and their beautiful home, our honeymoon became something very special. We have rarely experienced such loving, humorous, and thoughtful hosts. Every recommendation, every reservation, and every little gesture was worth gold. It was our first time in Thailand / on Samui, but certainly not the last. When we come back, I'm sure we'll be back to you. We would book again anytime and highly recommend you. Very nice host and house even more beautiful in real life than in photo, we 100% recommend this place. Stephen is responsive and very welcoming. A little extra for breakfast in the fridge, fruits and beers, very good sense of hospitality. Restaurants, beach, and even a temple by the sea within walking distance

Lovely villa, super clean very spacious filled enjoy the stay 5*

The place was lovely and felt nicely secluded, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool area had great vibes—definitely a highlight—though just a heads up that the sun starts to fade around 3–4pm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: the main living room AC had a bit of trouble cooling the space fully, likely due to small gaps in the windows, which also let a few mosquitos in. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Unusual place. Service from the owner with a big beautiful garden and a very nice shared pool. The forest and mountain view from pool area is stunning and immersive. Most of the time pool was unoccupied because there are few houses and guests. The water was salty and free of hard chemicals. Calm place in countryside with lots of natural sounds. Dan, the owner is friendly and responsive and it sems he loves what he does.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

No stone left unturned. Great attention to details and communication. Welcomed and staff helped me settle in immediately. Also helped me find my lost bag which I thought was an impossible task. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Amazing villa. The views are spectacular. A lot of space. We got taxis to and from the property but you could use a scooter but it is steep from the main road.

The villa was very nice and just as advertised. The host Kelli was on hand via email when,we needed her and the staff around the complex were very nice & helpful. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned once per week. It was just a nice place to stay and it felt like home. My one suggestion would be as a coffee lover with a villa so modem and nice it would have been amazing if there was a coffee pod machine, it would have been perfect to be able to have a decent coffee on the balcony as soon as you wake up instead of having to venture out. You are able to make coffee etc but a decent coffee machine would be amazing! Will definitely stay again. 10/10

Very nice Villa with great privacy. The pool is quite big, you can even swim if you want. The outdoor lounge is a great place to relax and take some food. The air conditioner is really quite and dose not point directly on the bed. One of the best parts of the Villa is the breakfast from Didier. Every day you get something new delivered at the time you want directly on to your table of your Villa. The breakfast looks astounding and is really delicious. Definitely try it out :)

After a 3-month stay in Southeast Asia, this place was the best we've done! The amenities whether kitchen or bathroom are impeccable, it's simple if you think of something it will be there here! Everything you need is there and the host has always been very responsive when we asked them questions. The cleanliness is impeccable and the change of bed linen and towels every week was very pleasant. In short, perfect value for money and a clean and perfectly equipped home. Thank you to Max for this stay!

Extremely good stay at a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again! There is a slight slope to climb up on to reach the apartment. But as long as your car can drive up on it, shouldn’t be a problem.

Very quiet location, everything within walking distance, 25 minutes from the airport, parking right in front of the villa, spacious/ spacious villa with great amenities, kitchen with good basic equipment to cook simple and fast dishes, plenty of space, cozy beds, beautiful and large pool, unobstructed views of the mountains, top privacy, you quickly feel at home, very good communication, tours and transfers were well organized. Clear recommendation, great place to relax!!!

Super nice villa! Quiet and peaceful area. Nice sauna and pool. Sikarin was a very helpful host. The housekeeper also a very jolly and friendly guy :)

Koh Samui was amazing and even better than we expected! The host and team were fantastic, making our stay really special. We spent a month in this lovely home and had a great experience. What We Loved: The house is in a great location—just outside the busy tourist areas, so you get a more local feel while still having everything nearby. There are great restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, fresh fruit stands, massage places, a nail salon, motorbike rentals, and a beautiful beach just minutes away. My favorite part was finding an awesome fitness program close by! The house itself is spacious and open, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. We’d love to come back! PS: Don’t miss Fit Koh Café and Farm Cafe—both are amazing!

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended
