Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The apartment is newly renovated, includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and a covered terrace. Lamspringe is a spot with historic half-timbered buildings, a beautiful forest bath, is close to the A7 and is called the Harz foreland. It invites you to hike and cycle.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are close to Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

A house like a home

The 120 m² ground floor offers space for up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

A countryside vacation with alpacas

My 10- and 7-year-old daughters, I, 2 cats, a few rabbits and alpacas live on the farm. In the large garden, there is a small sandbox, a swing, a trapeze, a trampoline and various seating areas. Here you can slow down and unwind. It is an old farm where there is always a lot to do. Weed doesn't bother us. We are cosmopolitan and tolerant, and we expect the same from our guests.
