The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

Der Nordcampus sowie ein Waldernahhohlungsgebiet sind gleich in der Nähe, Busse fahren mehrfach stündlich direkt neben Haus ab und sind in 8 Min. in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 Minuten dorthin.
