FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Bo i ett mysigt tentipitält omgivet av skog och sjön Fryken. Inuti finns dubbelsäng och soffa. Utanför tältet finns en vedugn där du kan laga mat under bar himmel samt en enkel matplats. Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Totally renovated house The place have a private sandbeach, and You have about 4000m2 private plot. You can easily park 3 cars in the driveway. Its a perfect place for families. You can swim, fish, using a boat in the big lake. Its 5 km to the small town Filipstad, with restaurants, shops, etc. Notice that bedroom number 4 are a small cottage by the waterfront, with 4 beds :) Welcome to a small paradise :-)
