Our Hostel on the Lek is located at the foot of the dike in an orchard, the cottage has beautiful views over the typical Dutch polder. The Inn is a circular and sustainably built tiny house. For example, the insulation of wood fiber, the cupboard doors made from bottle cups and the curtains of old jeans are, among other things. You enter the living room with dining table and kitchen. On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Bakhuisje on the Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Spacious accommodation with private entrance with plenty of space inside and outside to unwind and relax. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists, bird watchers, hikers and other nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts can also indulge here. Private free parking. Sleeping area can be split so that everyone has their own privacy during the night's rest (see photos). A well-stocked bookcase, a private kitchen, shower and toilet are at your disposal. Spacious hallway where you can possibly park your bikes.

Newly built vacation home (2012) in the Central Netherlands, near Utrecht and Amsterdam with 6 x 2 pers. bedrooms + 6 x bathroom. Central location, in the middle of the Netherlands, close to the A2/A12. Free parking and free WIFI throughout the house. Bus stop right at the door. PLEASE NOTE: We have a minimum age of 21 years for our guests unless they are part of a family.

In Cherry Cottage kom je tot rust en kan je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de weilanden. Dit stijlvol ingerichte red ceder huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De hout gestookte hottub kan bijgeboekt worden voor €60. Dit geeft een Scandinavische beleving en is inclusief vers water, krat hout en hamamdoeken. U kunt een extra keer genieten van de hottub voor €15. Betaling vindt plaats tijdens het verblijf, liefst contant. Ontbijt is mogelijk in overleg voor €15 pp vanaf 9.00uur.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

The old Wagenschuur on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.

Charming Barnhouse near Utrecht + P

Private barnhouse located on the edge of IJsselstein. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds and the rooster, yet within 20 minutes you're in the heart of Utrecht either by car or bus or tram, busstop at 2 minutes walk, a 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and to the old town. Bikes are available to use.
