Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

Sfeervolle studio omgeving breda

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

This spacious cottage with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/combi-oven/kettle/hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for an additional fee (€45) ♡ 15-minute walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minutes by bike to the center of Breda.

This unique place has a style all its own. “Onder de Pannen in Terheijden” is located in a detached, fully furnished bakery (living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen). The Airbnb and safe parking on private property. Due to the authentic elements, take into account the narrow/low passage to the bathroom and the truss in the bedroom. Bicycle and hiking trails nearby. In summer, Breda can also be reached by bicycle ferry. The cities of Dordrecht and Den Bosch are 30 minutes away (by car).

The Rozenboog

Close to bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature is this unique accommodation. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hallway where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place to eat. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

Villa Forestier in Breda, top forest location

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Cozy stay in nature.

The house has just been properly renovated to serve as a resting place for you. To get away for a while. On the outskirts of Breda, 10 minutes by bike from the city center, and yet in the middle of amazing nature, close to the Mastbos, with several bike and hiking trails. The apartment overlooks the garden, where you can wade around, which in turn leads to the river "de Aa", where there is a sauna and you can swim. On a drizzly day, you can chat by the stove.

Cottage/Private Outdoor Jacuzzi Etten-Leur

My place is 30 square meters and close to the center of Etten-Leur, within walking distance. The restaurants, cafes and shops are close! You'll love my place because of our beautiful cottage that is located in our spacious garden; you have access through a gate, and our home is separate from this. Cozy apartment with unique elements

On the outskirts of Made in the municipality of Drimmelen is our farmhouse. In the adjacent barn, a modern apartment is located on the first floor, where you can stay overnight with 2 people. Away from home, but it feels like coming home in this cozy environment. Of course, the apartment is fully equipped. The cozy town center of Made is within walking distance. You will find cozy terraces and restaurants, and the supermarket is also close.

This charming accommodation is located in a beautiful spot on the water with views of the historic ramparts. Enjoy your terrace on the water and the beautiful views over the polder. Our cottage is close to the historic town of Willemstad and about 20 minutes' drive from the always cozy Breda. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle (no stove). Our cottage is not suitable for the disabled and babies/children.

Garden Cottage

You will enjoy a quiet and private stay in a charming cottage situated in a green garden. The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter).
