The guest house is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
