This great, newly renovated apartment in a quiet residential area in Hüttenberg-Rechtenbach offers everything you need for a perfect stay. It has a separate entrance with a parking space directly in front of the entrance. It consists of a large living/cooking/dining room, a bedroom with a cozy double bed (200 x 160 cm) as well as a bathroom and hallway. On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a lovely two-room apartment with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel at ease in the approximately 50 square metres. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a living room and a bedroom with a soft double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed offers enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with plenty of seating for shared use.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former hotel and was completely renovated in 2017/18. Wetzlar's city center is about 3 km away. Restaurant with a nice beer garden nearby. Shopping is about 900 meters away. A private parking space, as well as free Wi-Fi, are of course available. For arrivals after 9 pm, our keyboy is at your disposal. The apartment is comparable to a "junior suite" in a hotel. Privacy is guaranteed.
