Very nice view, in the countryside, at an altitude of more than 1000 m above the village of Laussonne, 14 min from Les Estables and 20 min from Le Puy en Velay. House of 80 m2 not adjoining and not overlooked, good 4G connection. Quiet location, locality with very few passing cars. Heating is extra and according to your actual consumption with a maximum requested corresponding to an average of 15 euros max per day in case you want a very warm house.

Located in the hamlet of Largier, where my family once lived, the house of the 3 little pigs is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. Former pigsty of my grandfather, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

Independent studio in house equipped with a double bed (140 cm), kitchen and bathroom. 10 minutes by car from Le Puy-en-Velay and 5 minutes from the Blavozy-St Germain industrial zone. The village has a bakery, a convenience store, a tobacco bar and a bar restaurant. As owners of a fearful cat and semi-free chickens, we cannot accommodate your pets.

The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a pleasant evening by the warmth of the fire pit.
