Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchenette with microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV Guests can enjoy a terrace as well as a secure parking space. Bed linen, toilet, table are also provided. The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. no smoking.

The Prancing Pony

Small cottage just outside a village, with two bedrooms a big salon, kitchen and a private garden. You'll be in the truffle capital : Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. We're just 2min away by car and 15min by foot from the village and a the very center a very touristic region. Ideal place for sports addicts, and "horse-bike-hithiking-canoeing-goodfood-lovers ! It is a brand new 40 m2 apartment attached to a house. There's a reversible air conditioner. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 beds of 140*190 of very good quality TV, Wi-Fi, toilet, bathroom, washing machine and dressing room. I provide bedding, towels, shower foam and toilet paper. The house is located among the pines, it is totally independent and reserved for our guests as well as the small garden and parking. It is 2 km from the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche, land of art and history: Medieval villages, crocodile farm, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d'Arc or Chauvet Cave or Viarhôna. Not far from Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Pont du Gard or Nîmes. We are very close to many festivals.
