Tontilla on myös autokatos, jossa sähköauton latausmahdollisuus (lisämaksusta). Huoneisto sijaitsee omakotitalon pihapiirissä, erillisessä rakennuksessa. Hyvät ulkoilumaastot mm patikointiin ja frisbeegolfiin. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät hintaan, samoin poreallas ja sauna.

Mökki on rakennettu 2002 ja siitä on pidetty hyvää huolta. Kohde on tavallinen mökki ei hotelli kohde. Soveltuu erinomaisesti kesä sekä talvi majoittumiseen. Rannassa on käytössä soutuvene. Mökissä tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, nukkumisparvi, sähkösauna, suihku, vaatehuone,wc, ilmalämpöpumppu ja iso takka.
