Thank you for a lovely break. The house was in a quiet location. Lovely walks around the area. Check in and out was straight forward. The house itself was great. Clean and tidy with everything that we needed. We loved the sauna. All in all, a really great find. We will be back!!

Todella mukava ja siisti! Sopi hyvin kolmen aikuisen ihmisen tarpeisiin viikoksi!

Olimme perheen kanssa pidennetyllä viikonloppulomalla Vironlahdella. Huoneisto oli vanha kunnostettu talo mikä henki aitoa maalaisromantiikkaa vanhoine tapetteineen ja vanhoja puurakenteita kunnioittaen. Isäntäperhe oli erittäin ystävällinen ja saimme ystävällisen vastaanoton jälkeen myös hyvän perehdytyksen talon tiloihin ja käytäntöihin. Viikonlopun aikana Pirjo vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti ja meille järjestyi mm. pihapelejä niin pyydettäessä. Keittiössä oli hyvä varustus ruoanlaittoon ja tilat sopivat erinomaisesti 4-henkisen seurueen matkailuun. Tämä perhe lähti rentoutuneena ja tyytyväisenä kotimatkalle. Voin lämpimästi suositella Pirjon ja Timon majoituspalveluita rauhallisesta maalaisidyllistä pitävälle.

Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Cottage, das eher ein richtiges Haus als ein klassisches finnisches Mökki ist. Wir hatten im Haus und auf dem Gelände sehr viel Platz. Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten (drinnen und draußen), wo man sich an einen Tisch setzen kann. Am See mit Stegzugang und Leiter lässt es sich auch an heißen Tagen gut aushalten. Das Boot mit dem zugebuchten 15 PS Motor war super für kleine Ausflüge und zum Angeln. Dazu stehen noch ein Kayak und ein Ruderboot zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr einfach und sehr sehr schnell - toll! Wenn man (vor der Reise und auch vor Ort) Fragen hatte, wurden sie umgehend beantwortet, kleine Probleme sofort gelöst. Das Haus hat eine umfangreiche Grundausstattung, sprich von Toilettenpapier bis Spülmaschinentabs ist wirklich alles da, sogar Grillkohle und Anzünder wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Sauna ist für 2 bis 3 Leute gleichzeitig nutzbar und sehr heiß, wenn man es heiß mag (toller Ofen). Eine Kleinigkeit haben wir dabei aber vermisst. Leider ist das Haus ja nicht direkt am See (ca. 50m) und die Sauna ist im Haus. Daher sind wir nicht nach der Sauna schwimmen gegangen, denn das war dafür einfach etwas zu weit. Eine kleine Sauna-Hütte am See wäre toll, dann wäre das Haus perfekt. Wir können das Haus aber absolut empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nautimme pitkästä viikonlopusta omassa rauhassa kauniilla mökillä ja avanto ja sauna kruunasi kokemuksen. Myös kaunis koskematon luonto ympärillä rauhoitti ja talvisaikaan muita mökkeilijöitä ei ollut ympärillä eli saimme kaipaamamme rauhan mökillä. Johanna oli hyvin ystävällinen ja ennakoiva majoituksemme suhteen. Mielellään mökkeilisimme kohteessa uudelleenkin.

Excellent place to stay, quiet location but not far from town centre . All facilities in the house you need. Great communication with hosts. Good price. Highly recommended.

Erittäin viihtyisä mökki, jossa ei tila lopu kesken: Aikaa voi viettää tilavassa mökissä, verannalla, terassilla, kodalla, pihalla, rannassa, järvellä. Pihasaunalta lyhyt kävely rantaan, joka ei syvyytensä ja tumman vetensä vuoksi sovi pikkulasten uimapaikaksi. Kauniisti sisustettu ja laitettu kokonaisuus, josta ei haluaisi lähteä pois 🙂.

Visa & Noora olivat todella ystävällisiä majoittajia. He vastasivat viesteihin todella nopeasti ja kattavasti. Myös heidän ohjeet olivat laajat ja monipuoliset. Kohde on todella mukava ja rauhallisella paikalla, joten saimme olla omissa oloissamme. Isolle porukalle todella hyvä, jossa on majoitustilaa jokaiselle ja tekemistä! Vahva suositus majoittajille, sekä kohteelle!

La casa era esattamente ciò che stavamo cercando: uno chalet in mezzo al bosco, a pieno contatto con la natura, perfetto per ammirare la zona dei laghi. Eravamo proprio su un lago praticamente tutto per noi, abbiamo fatto anche un bel giro in lago con la barchetta a remi (c’era anche il motore ma non l’abbiamo usato) e la sauna tutta per noi! Stupendo!!! La sera mangiare all’aperto nel silenzio è stato meraviglioso. Quando rientravamo in casa accendevamo il camino, bellissimo I bambini hanno apprezzato in particolare le freccette e il molo sul lago. La casa aveva tutte le comodità, anche se il bagno era esterno e biologico: un buco con un secchio sotto, in cui bisognava buttare del concime tra una volta e l’altra, ma era tutto segnalato ed è stato anche divertente! L’unico neo è stata la pulizia, perché la casa non era pulitissima, ma così in mezzo al bosco potevamo tranquillamente sopportare: abbiamo pulito un pochino noi e ci siamo adattati. In generale la consiglio tantissimo!!

Leiligheten var større enn det så ut til ! Dessuten var det 2 ekstra senger, slik at vi slapp å bruke sove - sofaen . Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, badet hadde nok dopapir til hele oppholdet , det var air - condition , og også en egen bod ved soverommet .Soverommet var stort !Leiligheten var sentralt i Hamina , med gang- avstand til alt vi ville se. Spisesteder, puber , mat - butikker var i umiddelbar nærhet :) Og det sto en blomsterbukett på kjøkkenbordet da vi kom :)

Une expérience inoubliable! La maison est construite dans un style typiquement finnois, incluant une grande terrasse, un sauna, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et trois lits. Nous étions venus à 5, et le séjour était très agréable. Anne nous a très bien accueillis et nous a tout expliqué au début de notre séjour. Le bateau de pêche et les oeufs frais des poules étaient un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Perfect holiday home! We spent a wonderful week at Vera’s place. It’s a very quiet spot with a lot of nature around. The lake is very calm and nice to swim: there’s a deck to jump from and you can also just enter the water from the shore. There’s a lot of space to hang out around the house. The house is quite big, with terraces and a long table that fits a big crowd (we were three families - five adults and five kids). We found everything we needed - kitchen utensils, grill, and so on. In addition to the house, there’s a wood-heated sauna with bedrooms (it served as the kids’ home). One thing we didn’t notice at the beginning - that there’s no cleaning included, so you need to clean before leaving. Anyway, this was not a big deal as we were many and the place is very easy to handle.

Toimiva majoitus lapsiperheelle! Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Pihasta löytyvästä lasten leikkipaikasta iso plussa.

Great place to stay! We were a group of 5 ppl and 3 dogs and it was perfect for our new years get away from fireworks and loud city sounds. Still a few random fireworks before midnight but nothing crazy, so perfect for our needs. The sauna was a great size, the home was well equipped for lots of people, plenty of dishes and table space. The outside area and deck are also great for groups. There are a few other cabins/trailers in the same area so it’s not completely private, but it was still quiet. Great place to stay. Important to note: no freezer and outside grill is shared amongst other cabins.

la casa es tal y como aparece en la descripción. Muy agradable y cómoda. Saija estuvo atenta a nosotros para cada duda y nos hizo buenas recomendaciones. Lugar tranquilo para desconectar en un entorno inmejorable. La recomiendo y volvería a elegirla.

My family had an amazing weekend getaway at Elena's cottage by the lake. The house is beautiful and had all the amentities we needed and more. The natural surrounding are beautiful and the atmosphere was very peaceful. We would definately stay here again!

Really beautiful environment: peaceful private cottage in forest next to a small lake. Warm and cosy with all modern equipment. The sauna was the best. Clean cottage. Friendly host. Perfect. Warm even in winter.

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage. It offers an authentic rustic Finnish experience, complete with a sauna, nearby lake, and a beautiful forest filled with berries and moss. My dog especially loved playing in the spacious yard. The only thing to note is that during the cooler October weather, it took a little time to get the furnace heated up to a comfortable level, so keep that in mind if warmth is a priority. Overall, it was a relaxing and tranquil escape with all the charm of nature right at your doorstep.
