Cozy and homely two-room apartment close to the beach. The apartment overlooks the soothing views of the pine forest, through which you can walk to the beautiful beach of Lappohja. Lappohja is located halfway between Tammisaari and Hanko, and you can reach Helsinki in 1.5 hours by train. The train station is within walking distance of the apartment, 20 km from Hanko. The village of Lappohja has, for example, fine outdoor areas, a beach, a small village shop, a frisbee golf course, and a front-line soldier museum. Not to mention the many beautiful places in the surrounding area.

The property has a good and gentle sandy shore for swimming from the sauna, also for children. The beach is in the southwest direction. You can access from the same direction with your own sailboat. If you have your own motorboat, please let us know in advance. (North side dock) Otherwise, there is a boat transfer to the island. Welcome to Sammalkallio's attic! Here you will stay in a spacious studio upstairs in the garage, with views of the forest and fields. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom and a dining area. You'll sleep well in a high-quality double bed. In winter, the wood-fired stove provides warmth and atmosphere, and in summer, the air heat pump provides coolness. You can also rent two sup boards from us for 30 euros/day/board. Possibility to accommodate 1-2 people on an extra mattress.

You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the meter readings before and after your stay.
