Lappohja is located halfway between Tammisaari and Hanko, and you can reach Helsinki in 1.5 hours by train. The train station is within walking distance of the apartment, 20 km from Hanko. The village of Lappohja has, for example, fine outdoor areas, a beach, a small village shop, a frisbee golf course, and a front-line soldier museum. Not to mention the many beautiful places in the surrounding area.

The property has a good and gentle sandy shore for swimming from the sauna, also for children. The beach is in the southwest direction. You can access from the same direction with your own sailboat. If you have your own motorboat, please let us know in advance. (North side dock) Otherwise, there is a boat transfer to the island. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the meter readings before and after your stay.

The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.
