Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. Just a short 6 min drive from Indian Rocks Beach! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores along the way. There is a golf course 0.3 mi away, and a few different parks with trails and beautiful greenery less than 10 min away! Peaceful 2nd floor unit with screened patio overlooking courtyard fountain.
