An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Just a short distance from Tuscany's art cities and the sea, we are located in an area of great interest for its flora and wildlife, surrounded by historic villas and protected by landscape conservation regulations. The road leading to our property, about one kilometre long, is part of this heritage; it cannot be paved and is somewhat uneven. To reach us you will have to make a small effort, which can be faced with any car. You will find in return silence, tranquility and our hospitality.

The studio apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed (queen-size bed), a double bed in the sleeping area (double mattresses resting on a Japanese tatami) and a bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet and air conditioning. It is a small and cozy flat, decorated with mosaics. It is situated in an alley inside the walls of the wonderful medieval village of Lari, 30 meters from the castle.

Ancient Tuscan villa, beautiful, with exclusive private garden, completely renovated, surrounded by the beautiful and gentle Tuscan hills. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.
