Rated 4*, la Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. Its large living room on the ground floor, its three bedrooms upstairs as well as its exterior with its 7 x 4 m swimming pool and its superb view of the village bell tower will seduce you.

The hiking trails in the immediate vicinity will offer you lovely walks.

This charming peaceful accommodation, 20 m2, offers all the comforts in the heart of unspoiled nature. You will enjoy a private Nordic bath, many hiking departures in front of the house and an ideal location in the heart of the Bastides Albigeoises circuit. The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

The house will be entirely and only for you. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room (kitchen, dining room, living room). You will be seduced by the calm and serenity of the place and have a pleasant stay.

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
