Victor's apartment is incredible, it has all the amenities described and is very cozy. Our experience in Valdivia and the stay were excellent. The apartment is centrally located and close to public transport paraderos.

My stay with Denisse and Juan Carlos was perfect since they let me into the place before, the place was shiny, I had everything you need for the days also they left us a small soap and breakfast kit that was wonderful and they were constantly worried about us. I totally recommend them since it is also a nearby area for tours to pick you up for trips. Thank you very much for making us feel very comfortable 🙌

The accommodation is a very nice place, with access to a very nice beach a few meters from the cabin. Rodrigo's treatment was very kind, we even had a problem and he helped us a lot. The cabin is very spacious and fully equipped, definitely a place we will return to.

the place was just like in the photos, on our arrival I wait for us with the stove loaded with wood and everything clean , tidy and adequate space to rest and be with family. They had several details that highlighted the cabin.

The house was well-equipped, with more than you usually find in a normal accommodation. It's pretty inside. It has a good quality washer and dryer, which helped us as a family. The surroundings are peaceful. The details are that the parking entrance is a bit steep and narrow for the car, but nothing that can't be solved by entering carefully. And the place in general is away from the center, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I recommend it.

Beautiful house, very nice place, a wonderful view of the river and very close to the center of Valdivia, by car or collective locomotion that stops at the door. The house is very nicely decorated and a pasture. In addition, the guests, Erick and Gabriela are very concerned and friendly. 100% recommendable

This was a great place to stay. Largest home I've been in while in Chile. Well located. Felt totally safe. Modern and up-to-date. Clean, spacious, airy. There are gathering spaces on both levels of the house. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of privacy. We also loved that there was a washer/dryer combo that was available to use. The best thing though was the responsiveness of Laura to our questions about getting in, recommendations and then what to do on leaving. Thanks for a perfect stopping point in Valdivia.

Nice apartment, although small but enough for 2 people, only the shower is very narrow. It is very well located, close to all the tourist places: casino, coastal, shingle island, saval park, botanical garden, food venues, cafes, etc.

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable, everything is very clean, it is very well located surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Arrival to the building and entrance to the dpt was easy to access. It is a short walk from the bridge where the street rio passes. Definitely would come back. I recommend it.
